Stress-J contains a combination of herbs that promote relaxation and reduce mild anxiety to help relieve nervousness, restlessness and nervous tension. Stress-J also provides herbs that have been shown to relax intestinal cramping and soothe inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.

 

Stress-J contains Passion flower, Fennel seeds, Feverfew, Hops, Chamomile and Marshmallow. We love Stress-J in the liquid extract form that is in an alcohol-free, vegetable glycerin and purified water base. It is also available in capsules.

 

Capsule Recommended Use: Take 2 to 3 capsules with a meal three times daily.

Liquid Extract Recommended Use: Take approximately 1-2 teaspoon in water three times daily.
