What Will 2019 Bring?

This New Year is destined to bring forth the fruits from whatever seeds we planted previously, and, at the same time, it offers us an unlimited opportunity to plant new seeds! Naturally, coming from this hypothesis, I look at the seeds I’ve planted to reflect upon what fruits will come, and I embrace this opportunity to plant new seeds bringing new fruits. I look forward to 2019 bringing greater love, happiness and health, greater peace of mind along with an inner feeling of gratitude and satisfaction. I feel led to continue my mission of “helping myself and others to a healthier, happier, more abundant life.” That means I must love myself and others without condition. I must be willing to do my work and I AM.

I can’t do that alone. I lean into the power of God within me, and I also lean on those whom I have seen live their core values. Those I lean upon and admire carry a messages of hope through their expression of wisdom, kindness, love, helpfulness, gentleness, empathy, confidence, humility, honesty, and more, as described in my “Values First” blog on November 12, 2018. I appreciate my heroes and heroines, and I wish to stand on their shoulders. I admire them, and ask myself how I might also live out my mission in a powerful, helpful, loving way.

I look to Myrtle Fillmore who devotedly blessed her body each and every day with words of love, kindness and appreciation. Myrtle said, “Sometimes we pray to a God outside of ourselves. It is the God in the midst of us that frees and heals. You need to think of God, the all-powerful Healer, as being already within you, in every part of your mind, heart, and body.” She reminds us also that we do not have a problem, except the one that we put in our own mind. That speaks so much to me, as it places responsibility on each one of us for the seeds and results we experience, individually and collectively. Be clear that responsibility is not a synonym for blame! Can you find that God in the midst of you?

I listened carefully in Phoenix to the wisdom and gentleness of Anita Moorjani who travels the world emphasizing the importance of intentionally loving oneself and becoming fully who we were each intended to be. I align with Anita’s thinking that we have more than overwhelmed our society with things like “cancer awareness”! (Who isn’t aware?) She believes that we have unwittingly saturated ourselves with fear of so much! We are caught in the trap that more finances will bring answers. We need to stop! We need now to devote ourselves to spreading the good news of the power of Living Love, of the body’s innate ability to heal and the possibilities of natural healing, doing no harm. We need to be present in love in every moment for ourselves and others as One! I heard Anita say, “I can't say this strongly enough, but our feelings about ourselves are actually the most important barometer for determining the condition of our lives!” What are you feeling about yourself today? Love?

Dr. Joe Dispenza’s ability to share the power and the wisdom of the body is a priceless teaching. That healing may be emotional, spiritual and/or physical. There are no limits! He says, “We should never wait for science to give us permission to do the uncommon; if we do, then we are turning science into another religion.” Having participated in three of his events, two in Arizona and one in Costa Rica, I witnessed amazing changes within others and myself. Dr. Joe says each morning, “I'm taking this time to create my day, and I'm infecting the quantum field!” That’s taking responsibility with positive intention! Dr. Joe calls out the divine within himself and every other person. That divinity is what we share in our Oneness! How does your divinity set the pace for your day?

I’m sure that you also have individuals you admire and emulate, and I have many more! However, If I truly embrace at the depth of my being the values demonstrated by just Myrtle, Anita and Dr. Joe, I find that I don’t need to make a list of New Year’s resolutions! Rather I align my life with my core values, my mission and follow the simple (not easy) words of the Master Teacher, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.”

If you align with these thoughts, then in 2019:

How will you Love God?

How will you Love this amazing Universe?

How will you Love yourself ?

How will that Love pour-out from you to others?

How will your Divinity respond toward yourself and others?

How will you take responsibility for Living Love in 2019?

I know what 2019 will bring! It will bring what we plant!

I Lovingly Wish You A Happy New Year!

Barbara
